Herroepingsrecht & Retourbeleid

U heeft het recht om uw bestelling tot 30 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van reden te annuleren. Na annulering heeft u vervolgens nogmaals 30 dagen om het product retour te sturen. U ontvangt dan het volledige aankoopbedrag inclusief de oorspronkelijke verzendkosten terug. De kosten voor de retourzending van uw adres naar ons zijn voor eigen rekening. Deze bedragen doorgaans circa €8,65 per pakket; voor exacte tarieven verwijzen wij u naar de website van uw vervoerder.

Indien u gebruik maakt van uw herroepingsrecht, verzoeken wij u het product – indien redelijkerwijs mogelijk – in de originele staat en verpakking, inclusief alle bijgeleverde accessoires, te retourneren.

Let op: vanwege hygiënische redenen kunnen wij producten waarvan de verzegeling is verbroken niet retour accepteren. Het is daarom niet toegestaan het product te gebruiken indien u nog twijfelt over het behoud ervan.

Indien het product beschadigd is, of de verpakking meer beschadigd is dan noodzakelijk voor het beoordelen van het product, behouden wij ons het recht voor om waardevermindering in rekening te brengen.

Behandel het product dus zorgvuldig en zorg ervoor dat het goed verpakt is bij het retourneren.

Retour aanmelden

Om gebruik te maken van het herroepingsrecht, kunt u contact met ons opnemen via hello@fellaz.eu. Na aanmelding ontvangt u instructies voor de retourzending. Wij zullen vervolgens het verschuldigde bedrag binnen 14 dagen na aanmelding van uw retour terugstorten, mits wij het product in goede staat hebben ontvangen.

 

Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it, without providing any reason. After cancellation, you then have an additional 30 days to return the product. You will receive a full refund, including the original shipping costs. The return shipping costs from your address to our warehouse are at your own expense. These are typically around €8.65 per parcel; please consult your carrier’s website for exact rates.

If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, please return the product – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging, along with all supplied accessories.

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for products whose seal has been broken. This means the product must not have been used if you intend to return it.

If the product is damaged or the packaging shows more wear than necessary to inspect the item, we may deduct a depreciation fee from your refund.

We kindly ask you to handle the product with care and to ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

How to request a return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@fellaz.eu. After notifying us, you will receive return instructions. We will refund the amount due within 14 days after your return notification, provided we have received the product in good condition.
